Patterns of the Hypnotic Techniques of Milton H. Erickson, M.D.

Neurolinguistics uses the highly refined patterning and modelling techniques to identify elements of genius in legendary professionals. Milton Erickson’s patterns, structure and style has had one of the greatest impacts in the development of NLP.

Dr. Erickson’s approaches were revolutionary and like Dick would say, "he was brutally honest", and he had a way to use a combination of language and voice in one of the most mesmerising ways to bring to the client’s awareness a new map, a new possibility and a new paradigm.

Milton would always appeal to the unconscious and that was the difference that created the difference in his work and contribution. His metaphors, tonality and vague language patterns are one of the priciest contributions to the field of human development and change work.

This course by Judith Delozier, who is the co-author of the book as well, is a delightful simplification of the infinite complexities of the patterns that Milton used as a part of his automatic, elegant responses to the contexts with his clients.

If you are an NLPier or Hypnosis Professional or planning to pursue it anytime in the future, the is a treat, as you would be learning from Judith Delozier directly, who was a student herself with Dr. Erickson

"Judy herself was a student of Milton Erickson, she has learnt from the giant himself. I recollect she speaking with warmth of Milton’s curiosity and openness to learn. When a client/ patient would come to Milton and ask a question of if things will work, Milton would say, “I don't know, but I am curious to find out”. There are so many stories and examples that I have learnt from Judy about her times with Dr. Erickson, from which I have learnt the patters of language, metaphors, voice and then how to anchor them in space and body."
