Behind every mask we wear lives a larger story. This workshop with Judith DeLozier invites you to step into the Identity Matrix, meet the shadow that guards possibility, and explore the Self that waits beyond ego. Through guided practice and experiential dialogue, you will learn to reframe what restricts, discover untapped potential, and accompany others on their path of becoming.
This course offers
the unique opportunity to
-
Broaden perception to recognise the different voices that shape interaction
-
Discover a Matrix that deepens understanding of beliefs and possibility
-
Practise presence while developing subtle, empathic probing skills
Identity is fluid, shaped by context, carried through values, promises, beliefs and possibilities that guide how we appear.
Identity becomes our currency in belonging. When aligned with truth it brings ease, when abandoned it drains. Awareness restores sovereignty and reconnects us to what sustains.
This workshop explores who we are, who we deny, and who we pretend to be. By engaging the Identity Matrix, we uncover how safety, belonging and authenticity shape potential and possibility.

Participants in this course will:
-
Recognise how identity is formed and how it shapes daily experience
-
Learn to elicit the deeper layers of identity that influence behaviour, conflict and ambition
-
Explore the impact of unfinished identity stories, from negative self-concept to relational struggles
-
Gain a clear framework for understanding identity roles and patterns of behaviour
-
Discover how Adaptive Survival Styles and the Identity Matrix expand current counselling practice

Fifty years of wisdom in practice, presence and transformation. A rare opportunity to deepen identity work with Judith DeLozier
Now in its sixth year with us, the Redwoods that Judy’s class supports practitioners, coaches, counsellors, trainers and leaders. We often meet clients and teams only at the surface of communication, or through our own triggers, and this workshop deepens self-understanding and contribution.
The session unfolds in Judy’s unique style, marked by empathy, compassion and uncompromising honesty. Through live demonstrations, transformation emerges from wonderment and curiosity. Participants witness two layers, (a) practical structures and exercises, and (b) the subtler modelling of her linguistic precision, presence and somatic sensitivity in action.
It is a rare privilege to learn directly from Judy, celebrating fifty years of NLP to which she has been central since its beginning. Her work spans identity, beliefs, possibilities, ecology and adaptive survival styles, grounding practice.
