We believe that with all the information and theory on the subject, the actual work sometimes gets lost in all its theory and explanation, as much as the theory of ‘why’ it happens is essential, the ‘how’ to access the state of resource and ‘how’ to anchor a desired state during difficult conversations, interactions and contexts is one of the key differentiating parameters of a good intervention session.
