A THREE DAY INTERNATIONAL WORKSHOP ON
IDENTITY COACHING AND LEADERSHIP
Featuring Judith DeLozier
Beyond Roles & Results
OVERVIEW
Leadership is often understood through roles, responsibilities, authority and outcomes. This workshop invites a broader exploration of leadership, where leading is seen as a verb: something we continuously experience, practise and shape through our relationship with ourselves, with others and with the world around us.
Over three days, we explore Leadership through Identity Coaching, conscious leadership, diversity and inclusivity, and the human experiences that influence how we lead, relate, grow and change. The workshop brings attention to the identities we carry, the identities we recognise in others, and the ways in which these identities shape our choices, relationships and ways of leading.
OBJECTIVES
The workshop aims to create a space for participants to explore leadership as an evolving human process and develop greater awareness of how identity, relationships and context influence the way we lead.
-
Explore Identity Coaching and understand how identity influences leadership.
-
Examine leadership as a way of being, relating and responding, rather than only a position or role
-
Develop greater awareness of their own identities, assumptions, values and ways of showing up as leaders.
-
Explore the relationship between identity and leadership across different personal, professional and social contexts.
-
Bring the learning into practice through experiential activities, reflection, conversations and coaching practice.
-
Practise coaching approaches that can support deeper conversations around identity, leadership and change.
