Continuous Education Programme
Continuous Education Programme, is for student graduates who have successfully completed the 10-month Integrated Diploma Programme and want to continue learning the practice and skill for client intervention. The program is designed to complement the teachings of the Diploma Programme and promote advanced skill learning through a dynamic lens. The course material includes material that nurtures a sense of professional growth and development among our community members.

Affiliated by the Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council (MEPSC), a unique Public-Private Partnership model under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), this course ensures comprehensive training and assessment. Upon successful completion, MEPSC issues a globally recognised skill certificate, recorded in the central skills qualification database which holds validity across all G20 nations.
Emphasising practical skills over theory, the module mandates a 60-hour internship, providing students with hands-on experience in therapy under professional supervision. This immersive internship exposes them to diverse cases and the intricacies of therapeutic processes.
Students are encouraged to undergo self-work with a chosen therapist, enhancing self-awareness to create a place to hold the client. They also participate in observership opportunities to gain insights into real-world therapeutic practices, fostering a holistic understanding of the field and for them to witness firsthand how theoretical knowledge translates into effective therapeutic interventions in professional settings.

Module 9 - Foundations of Counselling Psychology: Theories, Skills & Assessment
The meticulously crafted module takes a comprehensive approach, providing participants with a written booklet and engaging video lectures. By actively participating in this module, participants will acquire valuable skills to understand the fundamentals of intervention psychology to skillfully and effectively facilitate therapy. This module will offer theoretical knowledge and practical insights that will help them gain a deep understanding of and proficiency in applying effective therapeutic techniques.

Counselling Psychology enhances mental health and well-being through psychological principles. It explores various psychological approaches to counselling techniques, and skills to apply these methods within counselling contexts. It uses various therapeutic modalities and their practical applications.

Social Psychology explores how human feelings, thoughts, and behaviours are shaped by others and society. It delves into topics such as aggression, violence, and the process of social influence. It also addresses topics of discrimination, prejudice, and stereotypes.

Lifespan Psychology studies how humans learn, mature, and adapt from infancy to adulthood to the elderly phases of life. It covers major language, social, and cognitive developmental milestones and their psychosocial development through each stage of their lives.

Psychological Assessment
Psychological assessment is the evaluation of an individual's mental health and behavioural functioning using standardised tests, observations.It also makes use of intelligence and personality assessments, alongside rating scales. It also encompasses test administration and diverse assessment applications.
Certification Criteria
Please note: It is absolutely mandatory to fulfil all the criteria mentioned above in order to receive the certification by Management & Entrepreneurship and Professional Skills Council (MEPSC).
